Ollie like Oliver like an olive tree. One of The Freshly Minted earliest and fondest cycling adventures was a 10-day road cycling camp in the Andalusian region of Spain in the way-back machine with the owners of a cool little neighborhood bike shop in Philly, Bicycle Therapy. Our 12-strong group powered across dirt-packed roads on skinny tires long before they were told the terrain required a specific frame or rubber. Back then it was just a dirt road running along aside hills absolutely doused with olive trees.
