Shipping policy

If you are not satisfied with any product you purchase from Idaho Mountain Touring, you may return it for replacement, exchange, or refund. The product must be unused/uninstalled, complete and in its original packaging. Installed parts will not be accepted for return/exchange (unless it is a warranty issue) Returns are not allowed on videos, food, closeout parts, or custom orders.
We offer free shipping at $149.99 on most items. Some items are not included in this offer. Oversized items like skis, wheels, snowboards, cargo racks, etc... will not qualify for free shipping. Please feel free to contact us with any questions you may have. We are not perfect and mistakes can happen on check out and how a product may calculate freight.
