Returns and Exchanges

While we strive for 100% accuracy on stock and delivery, we know things can happen and we are here to help resolve any and all order issues. We stand behind everything we sell. New, unused items can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of receiving the order.

If we have made a mistake in shipping the wrong item or the item has arrived damaged please contact us via email at info@idahomountaintouring.com or call 208-336-3854 ext. 1007. If you'd like to return your item, please contact us via email at info@idahomountaintouring.com or call 208-336-3854, and we will get a return label emailed to you. When we receive your item back we will process your refund minus the cost of the return shipping. Items returned outside of 30 days are subject to a 15% re-stock fee.

Return Instructions

Please include a copy of the original packing slip. Make sure all original tags come back with the return. VERY IMPORTANT :) We still need to sell the item.

Shipping Restrictions with USPS

Due to dimensional changes made by USPS we cannot ship oversized items through the postal service.  Oversized items will be sent UPS Ground unless other arrangements are made. Items include but to exclusive to : Bike Racks, Skis, Cargo Boxes, Bicycle Wheels, Bike Frames, Oversized luggage, Rear Bike Racks, Ski Tables, etc...  We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.  If you have a special delivery circumstance please feel free to give us a call.  1-208-336-3854 ext 1007  We will do our best to the deliver the product.

Free Shipping @ 75*

We offer free shipping at $75 and it cover most items.  Oversized items unfortunately do not fall into the free shipping category. See shipping restriction for a quick restricted guide line.  (AK / HI ) also face free shipping restrictions. You will not be able to select the free option if you live in these two states. If you feel that an item is being charged freight and its not oversized, we may have made an error.  Please contact us with the correction or information about the freight charges.

Priority Mail

Priority Mail is our most popular shipping option and the most cost effective way to get your items quickly.  Most urban areas can expect delivery in two days, but USPS does not guarantee this time frame. If you absolutely need an item in two days please use UPS 2nd day air.  It's much more expensive, but its a guaranteed delivery.
