Return Policy Sale Items Send Customer Service an eMail
| Return Policy | Requests for returns must be made within 15 days of all order shipments. All merchandise must in "as new" condition and retain any original tags and receipts. Customer is responsible for return freight. Please write your Credit Card number on you invoice so we can credit your return. To receive an RMA return form, please email the customer service rep at info@idahomountaintouring.com or contact Idaho Mountain Touring's Customer Service at 1-877-252-4831.

Here at Idaho Mountain Touring were easy to deal with, if you need to return or exchange a sale item give us a call or e-mail us and we will walk you through the process, or you can follow the advise below.
Package all items being returned with all of the original tags
We recomend you ship your package through UPS, so that we can track your package, just in case your package gets lost.
Put your RA # (give to you by a customer service rep info@idahomountaintouring.com) inside the box.
We will credit your credit card upon receipt of the returned merchandise.
